Mr. Niraj Kumar is a Practicing Company Secretary. He is a member of the PCS Committee of the Hooghly Chapter of the Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC) of ICSI. He holds a law degree and a Bachelors of Commerce degree as well. With experience of providing support services in more than twenty CIRP, Liquidation and Personal Insolvency Assignments, his forte lies in dealing with matters related to CIRP, Liquidation, Personal Insolvency and NCLT matters. He is having more than 8 years of experiences in the areas of IBC Laws, NCLT Matters, Secretarial Matters, Companies Act, Listing Regulations, Due Diligence and other Corporate Law related matters. He actively provides support services to the Insolvency Professionals during the CIR Process, Liquidation Process of the Corporate Debtor and during the personal insolvency resolution process of the Personal Guarantors.
