Mr. Manohar Mishra is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a Registered Valuer (SFA), has cleared the Social Auditor’s exam, and received his membership number with the Institute of Social Auditors of India. Currently, he serves as the Secretary of the Hooghly Chapter of ICSI (EIRC) and holds the position of Chairman of the Placement Committee (PC) of the Hooghly Chapter of ICSI (EIRC). 

With over 10 years of experience and strong expertise in managing corporate compliance, he provides paralegal support in corporate laws, SEBI laws, and RBI matters. In addition, he offers valuation services for securities or financial assets (SFA) as required under the Companies Act, the IBC Code, and various other regulations. His extensive experience has honed his skills and deepened his knowledge, allowing him to effectively address complex legal and financial issues.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, he is passionate about sharing his knowledge and insights. He actively participates as a speaker in various seminars, workshops, and conferences, where he enjoys discussing and sharing information on corporate compliance, legal frameworks, and financial regulations.
